Andretti to Start 18th in NYSECar at Kentucky Speedway
SPARTA, Ky. (Aug. 12, 2006) – Marco Andretti
and the #26 NYSE car recorded a speed of 213.977 miles per hour (24.8999 secons)
around the 1.5-mile Kentucky Speedway and will start from 18th position for Sunday's
running of the Meijer Indy 300.
The 12th event of the 2006 IndyCar Series season is set to go green at 3:45
p.m. (EDT) Sunday, with ABC Sports providing live broadcast
coverage of the 200-lap event beginning at 3:30 p.m. (EDT).
